Role Overview:

The Estimator plays a critical role in evaluating property damage, preparing accurate estimates, and guiding customers through the restoration process. This position works closely with project managers, technicians, and insurance partners to ensure projects start smoothly and are scoped correctly.


  • Inspect residential and commercial properties
  • Prepare detailed estimates (Xactimate experience required)
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners and insurance carriers
  • Support project handoff and job planning

Project Manager

Role Overview:

Project Managers oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. This role ensures timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer expectations are met on every job.


  • Manage job schedules, crews, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate materials and inspections
  • Communicate progress with customers and internal teams
  • Ensure work meets DriForce quality and safety standards

Water Technician

Role Overview:

Water Technicians respond to emergency water losses and perform mitigation services to prevent further damage. This role is hands-on and essential to protecting homes and businesses during time-sensitive situations.


  • Perform water extraction and structural drying
  • Set and monitor drying equipment
  • Document job progress with photos and notes
  • Maintain clean, safe job sites
  • Prefer IICRC WRT Certification

Mold Technician

Role Overview:

Mold Technicians are responsible for safely containing, removing, and preventing mold growth in residential and commercial properties, following industry standards and safety protocols.


  • Perform mold remediation and containment procedures
  • Follow IICRC and safety guidelines
  • Use proper PPE and equipment
  • Document remediation work thoroughly
