Graham Ritter brings over 23 years of experience in restoration and construction. He holds IICRC certifications in water, fire, smoke, and mold, along with Michigan Builder and Real Estate licenses. Graham has led projects ranging from residential claims to large commercial losses, including the Dewitt Tar Factory in Detroit. He is experienced in estimating, project management, and large-loss coordination.

Kip Evans brings over 40 years of experience in construction and insurance restoration. As a Senior Advisor, he provides guidance on large-loss claims, estimating strategy, and project planning. He holds a Michigan Builder’s License and multiple IICRC certifications in water, fire, and smoke restoration. Kip has been recognized for his work on complex fire losses, including a feature on A&E’s “Disaster Guy.”

Blake Ritter oversees operations and business development, focusing on process improvement, system implementation, and company growth. He holds a degree in Finance from Michigan State University and has experience across operations management, marketing, and strategic planning. Blake works to streamline internal workflows, improve efficiency, and support scalable growth across all areas of the business.

Nick Fritz leads DriForce’s Environmental Department, overseeing mold remediation and environmental services. With over 10 years of experience, he has worked in field operations, estimating, and project management. He holds IICRC Water Damage Certification along with MII Mold Remediation and Mold Inspector certifications. Nick manages complex environmental projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

Steven Schamehorn has over 15 years of experience in restoration, specializing in water mitigation, smoke cleaning, and contents handling. He holds an IICRC Water Damage Certification and is experienced in project scoping, documentation, and coordination with field teams. Steven focuses on accurate estimating and efficient project execution.

Casey Carver brings over 20 years of experience in the restoration and construction industry, with hands-on knowledge across all aspects of services. His background includes fieldwork, project coordination, and estimating, giving him a well-rounded understanding of project scope and execution. Casey focuses on accurate estimating, thorough documentation, and supporting efficient project delivery.

Dan Arnold brings over 40 years of experience in construction and restoration. As Production Manager, he oversees field operations, project execution, and team coordination. His background includes carpentry, mold and asbestos-related work, and large-scale project management. Dan ensures projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Jed Smith is a master carpenter with over 20 years of experience in construction and restoration. As a Project Manager, he combines his craftsmanship background with strong leadership to oversee projects from start to finish. Jed is known for his attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality, ensuring each project is completed to a high standard.

Nick Moran leads DriForce’s sales and marketing efforts, focusing on client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and brand growth. He brings a strong background in account management and service-based sales, with experience building relationships across property management, insurance, and commercial sectors.
